Cineraria (Asteraceae family) is a late-winter and spring-flowering pot plant grown for its impressive head of flowers. They are grown in a cool greenhouse and sold in early spring to flower for a few weeks. Give bright light (east window) and keep as cool as possible. Stand on pebble trays for added humidity and water well to keep potting mixture moist.
