Name of shrub in the Scented/Smelling garden near entrance (nearest parking garage.)

The shrub, or large perennial, had grey-green round leaves with small pale yellow to white stamens in the middle of each leaf that looked like tiny creatures. The name plate that was nestled near it said Eastern Bluestar amsonia but that's not what it is. I'm dying to find this plant. Thanks you!

Answer

The plant you saw is a variety of honeysuckle: Lonicera reticulata 'Kintzley''s Ghost' i.e. Grape Honeysuckle.
