There is a small boxwood in the Rock Garden just near the path apex as it does the 'clockwise' or 'counter-clockwise' loop. What is the name? 

Answer

 

It is Buxus microphylla 'Compacta'

 

You can ask your favorite nursery to get the plant from his wholesaler for late winter planting when the ground is workable.
