How do I grow Dracaena Reflexa (houseplant)?

Answer

Song of India, or botanical name, Dracaena Reflexa makes a attractive houseplant. http://lee.ifas.ufl.edu/Hort/GardenPubsAZ/Dracaena_Reflexa_Fact_Sheet.pdf

Dracaena like bright light but not directly in sunlight. The plant likes a room temperature of 65-75 degrees. High humidity is necessary for dracaenas; keep the air moist by standing plants on trays or saucer of moist pebbles or damp peat moss and by occasionally mist-spraying the foliage, especially in dry interiors. During active growth water plentifully, as often as necessary to keep the mix thoroughly moist, but never allow the pot to stand in water. During the rest period water moderately, enough to make the potting mixture barely moist, but allow the top inch to dry out between waterings.

Hope this helps.
