How do I make the best good drainage soil for my snow angel heuchera?

I loose a lot of plants, but some do OK. Thank you for your help.

Thank you for your question. Heuchera is a excellent and easy plant to grow in the garden. If you feel your drained is not good, you may need a soil test. Sometimes just adding compost to condition the soil will be very helpful. You can also contact Agent Jerry 914 285-4620 (M-F before 12 noon) from Cornell Cooperative Extension Service, who will answer soil questions, and give information on how to get a soil test from the Cornell lab.
